Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

A booking may be cancelled before technician dispatch without a cancellation fee. A visit or transport charge may apply once the technician or pickup team has been dispatched.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method after verification. Inspection, completed labour, transport, installed parts and consumed materials are generally non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Service dates may be changed subject to technician and logistics availability.

Disputes

Please contact support with the booking or job number, payment reference and supporting photographs where applicable.
